The MLS history was incorrect (again, not SF issue) and it wasn't caught until the inspection which was the first time I actually saw the home- incorrect square footage and 2 not 3 bedrooms.
Errin had contractors on call to quickly provide all the info we needed and she successfully negotiated to have the contract price reduced by the cost of making the 3rd room a legal living space. This allowed the sale to move forward and kept me from totally stressing trying to find contractors.
Because closing was delayed by seller (title issue), Josh also stepped up keeping me informed and keeping the dehumidifiers running while we waiting for resolution."
