Where were you living prior to Charlottesville, and how did you begin your house hunting process?
We both lived in Cville and owned our home for 12 years before putting it on the market with the Sasha Farmer Team. It sold quickly thanks to expert marketing from the team.
What made you choose Charlottesville?
I attended the University of Virginia and fell in love with Charlottesville.
How did you discover the neighborhood (where you eventually ended up buying), and what do you love about it?
We weren’t looking for new construction but couldn’t find a home that checked off all the items on our wish list. When we saw the convenient location and ability to customize floor plans in Hyland Ridge, we decided to build.
What was your experience like working with the Sasha Farmer Team?
Everyone was there for us every step of the way. From selling to the construction process, the team was equipped to handle any and all obstacles.
What was your journey like buying/selling your home?
I was four months pregnant when we decided to sell and build. The Sasha Farmer Team was there to ensure everything went smoothly and kept us from having to deal with unwanted stress.
What was the most stressful part of the real estate process?
Finding interim housing.

Our new home!
