Where to start!? The Story House team did an amazing job. Our home search/buying process was a marathon and amidst a tough market, Brentney Moore, our realtor, and the rest of the Story House team really fought for us and stuck it out. Among the various setbacks and road bumps, we were somewhat ambushed by a last-minute flood insurance requirement for the property we were pursuing. There were TONS of unknowns. However, Brentney and the team went above and beyond to seek out answers, find resources, and make sure that we were able to move forward as smoothly as possible. When a land surveyor was needed for an elevation certificate, Brentney found us someone who was more than 1/2 the cost of the initial estimate. She didn't just do her job, she went above and beyond and we are so grateful! The whole Story House team was truly invested in getting us into a home that we loved as well as finding one that fit our unique needs. This team turned a disastrous home search into an ultimate success and we are so pleased with the end result!!
