My husband and I were very thankful to work and be referred to Story House, Josh. He was so kind, warm, and genuine -- and really made the process easy for us. One thing that really sticks out - we had found the first house we wanted to make an offer on, the day before Josh went out of town for a short vacation. While he was away, I felt terrible about doing this - but emailed him questions (assuming he would answer me when he returned or refer me to someone else at Story House). He was so kind and patient and would call/email me back anytime we had a question - patiently answering my questions and helping us make our offer - even while he was away. He never made me feel bad about asking questions during this time - and it was like he was not gone at all). While ultimately, we didn't buy that house - it really stood out to me. After we had made an offer on our house that we ultimately bought, Josh was so helpful in arranging a time for my extended family to come and look at the house. Josh drove all the way out to Fishersville AGAIN to help show my family (all 8 people) the house that we bought and answer their questions, etc..
