I have to give a little thanks here to Errin Searcy and the entire Story House Real Estate Team. You see, sometimes selling a house is some times out of necessity. It can be a sad and stressful as a life chapter closes. Errin and the team helped me sell my mothers home. Mom was an Alzheimer's victim and resided in a private pay nursing home that was wonderful, but completely asset draining. After 3 years, we were forced to sell mom's home in hopes to provide her with some more time where she was comfortable, before having to move her to a more crowed by Medicaid accepted facility. We never imagined the sale would provide an additional 7 months of private housing for my sweet mom. Sadly, mom passed away this month, but because of the diligent work of Errin and the team, the remainder of her life was spent in a familiar, comfortable surrounding. Additionally we were able to see out her last wishes for her final rest with my father. We could not have achieved all this without Story House Realty, we are forever grateful.
