As a first time home buyer, I was not sure what to expect of the process. From start to finish, Josh and the story house team was available day and night for questions and setting up home visits or appointments. I wouldn’t change any behavior or suggest an area of improvement based on my experience. Josh would respond to questions and concerns well after normal business hours as well as on weekends. While in the contract period, there were multiple times I would ask him to address something with the seller or just general questions in the evenings or on weekends and he was always quick to reply or attempt to get my answer from the seller.
