Josh, Zoya, and Cole were incredibly responsive to all of my questions. I could ask a question over text or email and have a response in minutes (usually seconds). I remember one time a house listing appeared and I texted Josh and Zoya that I wanted to schedule a tour. Zoya had me on the schedule within 5 minutes! Josh always explained the process clearly. At every decision point, he presented the options available and let me choose how I wanted to proceed. I never felt pressured to make any decision.
