Do yourself a favor: hire Sasha and her Story House team; they know what they are doing. We had several recommendations for realtors to list our house, but selected Story House based on the positive experiences of two former coworkers. Story House had our home under contract in 3 days with a quick-closing cash offer significantly greater than our asking price. The preparation, listing, marketing and sale of our house was a complete package. Madison walked us through the entire process with attention to every detail and addressal of our questions and concerns. The advice she provided with regards to what required attention and what did not, saved us a lot of time and effort in getting ready for listing. We needed to have some painting and yard work done in preparation for marketing which we intended to do ourselves but ran out of time. Madison recommended painters who could respond quickly - the same with lawn service. We could not have found these services able to respond quickly without the help of Story House. Ann arranged the appropriate inspections and pre-closing services, again, on short notice. We would have experienced delays and major stress finding the help we needed to get this house sold on our timeline if not for the team at Story House. My recommendation of Josh White and Story House Real Estate services is off the charts excellent. I need two more stars to indicate my satisfaction and describe the experience of buying my condo. The seller did not want to use an agent, as they were experienced in buying and selling homes; but I am not experienced (this was only my 3rd) and needed an agent. He came highly recommended to me by my sister-in-law, who worked with Josh Whit to purchase a townhouse condo in the same association. Josh was consistently responsive and always available; he even assisted the seller in many issues, and also worked with the condo association to ensure repairs were done correctly and on time. Josh addressed every possible issue, listed multiple options for resolution, and described pros and cons of each option, with potential consequences of each! By providing all the facts, my decision were easy to make, while he provided full disclosure I am confident future outcomes. Although I was always secure that he put my interests first, he is such a diplomat that the seller and condo association also worked with him. Every potential area in buying this property was addressed, nothing was left out to pop-up after closing.
If I ever sell this condo or purchase another property, I will only go with Josh white. If only Story House's area were nation wide, then I'd be guaranteed he would be able to assist me.
