Abby works closely with her mother, Errin Searcy, continuing a family legacy of excellence in real estate. Growing up surrounded by the industry, she gained early insight into what it means to truly serve clients with integrity and care. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications from Liberty University, where she honed her skills in marketing, storytelling, and client engagement.
Her passion lies in helping people feel at home—whether that’s finding the perfect place to put down roots or guiding first-time buyers with confidence and clarity. As a Charlottesville native, Abby combines local expertise, strategic communication, and a client-first mindset to deliver an outstanding experience.
