"Josh not only gave us his "off" hours to show us properties across a wide area, but once "the" property was found, he carried us through to closing with clear communication, creative thinking and the utmost kindness. And though I know this may not be replicated in the future, he even came on our move-in day to clear confusion with the sellers' agent and then proceeded to help us with everything from painting to heavy lifting for hours on end — in 90-degree heat! He is a gem of a realtor and friend. We also greatly appreciated Sasha's help when things got squirrelly with closing. She was extremely communicative, confident and professional, and we are so grateful for all she did to help bring things together at the end."
