"Errin was awesome. She set me up with an account which allowed me to see listings as soon as they came on the market. We looked for 3 weekends in a row. While we were looking at some houses which were all pretty nice (but weren't the perfect ones) a new listing appeared for the following day. I asked her if we could see that one while we were out, even though it wasn't going to be listed until the following day. She coordinated the viewing and I put in an offer that day (before the house was even on the market). She put me into contact with my mortgage broker, the inspector, and my lawyer for closing, both are really knowledgeable and good at what they do. I was able to move into the house BEFORE closing. She helped me through the whole process, sending me e-mails to remind me what needed to get done on my part and notifying me with updates even if there weren't any (sometimes the waiting game happens). I have already recommended her to a few of my co-workers who are also looking for homes in the near future. "
